"Our first stop on our Bavarian vacation. This room was very comfortable and in a superb location. The staff was really friendly, and the only thing to improve upon is the parking, but that is not their fault and I’m pretty sure there is nothing they can do to make it more convenient. The room was right across the street from a convenience store and the Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial were almost right outside our door. 10/10"

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "

"Short break in Berlin This hotel was close to public transport and a short walk to a number of bars and cafes. Quiet, set back from the main road, so no issue with traffic noise. Good sized room with small kitchen area. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. While the flat is a bit further from the center, the bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is only 10 minutes, so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much for everything!"

"The hotel was clean, quiet and somewhat convenient. A bit of walking is required to get around which was fine for us. Having a kitchen to use was great but we would’ve loved to have a microwave too and dishwasher would’ve been amazing. I did like that there is a laundry room you can use for free (byo detergent). The only thing we didn’t like was in order to get your room made up, you had to hang the card outside your room by 8am and you’d have no idea when your room will be made up. When we...

"Luckily everything worked so I can’t comment on the lack of a front desk when it doesn’t work. On other sites there were mentions of people going through their belongings which prompted me to have everything with me at all times. The room was almost perfect for our family, and I would stay here again, and recommend it to others traveling alone or as a couple. "The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchenette, desk space to work at and plenty storage to place all of your items. The place was very clean and service was provided a couple times a week with changing bed sheets and towels. Only thing I would have liked is having a couch in the living room instead of two chairs. Would have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that, great place for a decent price. "

Lovely hotel, nice location, not bad value

"Really enjoyed our six nights in the Pullman and they seemed to have taken on board my request for a nice view as our room overlooked the Tiergarten and was on the top floor. Only issue was they absolutely would not book a taxi to airport for us but they were right in saying we would get one outside. They also had our address completely wrong on the invoice and had Ireland down as 'Great Britain'!! I explained that's probably not a great way to impress Paddies like us!! But overall, lovely staff, great comfort, lovely food and we really enjoyed our nights in the bar checking out the cocktails. The maitre d' at breakfast was especially helpful and friendly. But the rest of the staff could be a bit 'softer' - smiles are never wasted on the customer! The location was great - a lovely 40 min walk though the park into the Brandenburg gate or plenty of subway and bus options. Lovely Christmas market nearby and the zoo was an unexpected treat - being across the road. Value was good too, for food and B&B and the breakfast was fab. Had 4 swims in the lovely big pool, even though sauna was out of action. But no matter, the pool in itself is worth the visit to the basement. All in all, would highly recommend."
