"Pelangi was an excellent hotel, very relaxing and good location. Staff are all friendly and go over and above. Make sure your expedia booking name matches your passport name as this hotel are strict on that, it is easy to change in the expedia app but just a hassle at check in."

"Beautiful room and breakfast was great. The problem I have is our room was just opposite the restaurant and in the morning and late afternoon, staffs were shouting to each other. Check in was slow . But lobby staff were friendly and helpful."
