"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. "I’m writing this because it would of helped to know a little more about this magnificent and to an extent lesser known property with breathtaking views of Petronas Towers, sophisticated bar and one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time! To sum up, I would go back back to Grand Hyatt KL in a heart beat and this time leave plenty of room (tummy & time) to fully enjoy the delicious breakfast! "Well located near Mu central shopping center and Sentral train/mrt/LRT. TV isln room have poor reception leading to display of all TV channel do not have sharp images and there is no queue management at lobby checkin/out leading ppl cut queue but hotel staff dod not bother to step in to manage "
