"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"Great hotel for a week skiing La Clusaz, the hotel has its own vehicle to transfer you to one of the 2 lifts or the Tour Village bus passes every 10 mins. Spa is excellent with ice cave, sauna, rain shower and small pool, also a relaxation room with herbal teas. Hotel recommended we book restaurants prior to our visit which we did and was a good job we did as restaurants were turning people away. "Friendly and family run. We choose not to eat at the restaurant only because there was nothing that our youngest would have eaten but the chef was cooking on the terrace over an open flame, it looked and smelled amazing. So maybe some options for younger guests? Room was on the small side but functional for one night. A few cobwebs in the corners but that is easily fixed. Overall I wound recommend for a stay in the Alps."

"Very friendly staff, we stayed here because they have EV chargers. Good: They worked, bad: didn't work that well but at least they worked. The hotel was conveniently located for our roadtrip. And the main town was only a few mins away to get some food. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our needs"
