The location and the hotel are great…the check in staff are rude, lazy and need a lesson in personal hygiene. As a hotelier, I can’t imagine having staff doing personal cell phone calls during check ins and looking like they haven’t showered in days.

Dispite the extremely unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves in we really appreciated the kindness and reassurance the staff gave us in terms of advice and safety when they themselves would of been under a lot of stress; ALL your staff should be highly commended !!! Staff was efficient Overall service was good - Bath room drawer had previous guest hairs in it… Soap dispenser was empty upon arrival Sheets were a bit worn out. The hotel doesn’t have an affiliated parking lot so parking fees for a three day visit are something to consider.
