"We had an excellent stay. The only issue is the hotel shuttle from train station to the hotel. You need call the hotel to request a shuttle and had trouble to make international cell phone call. We end up to use a pay phone to call the hotel."

"While I'm a regular visitor to Kobe (and former resident of Hyogo-ken), I'd never stayed at the hotel before. I didn't know it at the time of reservation, but it's a licensed Sanrio Hotel. It didn't matter to me, but I think families with young kids, should probably check it out as an alternative to lots of other hotels. Yes, Rokko Island is a bit inconvenient for most tourists, but it's affordable, got big rooms, has the Sanrio stuff and the area is very nice and not crowded. "

"fast wifi, comfortable room, clean, both gold and silver hot springs, easy access parking, well located with walking distance to shops and restaurants, only downside is smelling smoke on the hallway of the fourth floor. The room is fine. Overall a very satisfactory stay "
