"We selected this hotel based on it's close proximity to the central rail station. We were able to walk right out the door of the station and next door to the hotel. Concerns about train noise were non-existent. Morning breakfast in the 6th floor room gave us an amazing daily view of the Fortress Hohensalzburg and was a short Uber or walk to most of the city sites. Finally, when I forgot my passport in the room safe, they called me shortly after we checked out and I was able to go back to the hotel and pick it up before we left the city. Outstanding service and extremely convenient for travelling in the area."

"The hotel is very nice. The back of the hotel is Mirabel palace. But it’s a bit far from the city central. The room is very nice and spacious considering it’s in Europe where most hotels have smaller room than the USA. Overall it’s a good hotels. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western in Salzburg. Check-in was quick and the staff was helpful on several occasions. Their breakfast was perfect for us and there are also good restaurants nearby. Parking in their garage made having a car workable. We will choose this hotel if we come back to Salzburg."
