"The area around the pool was very spacious and pools were lovely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious with large balcony with sunbeds and table/chairs. Nice touch to provide water and fruit. Only slight issue was long walk to dining room. Food was excellent with lots of choice. "

"Staff are absolutely brilliant. right from reception, servers, cleaners and maintenance. Very friendly, empathetic, helpful overall give staff 20/10 rating. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good time. Food was also outstanding. Unfortunately not many Spanish dishes, which takes away from the experience. Area is lovely but be aware parking is in very short supply. Next time we will take the bus and not hire a car."

"We had a lovely holiday at the BlueBay Lanzarote and would recommend it. The staff were really nice and the location was good. There was always plenty of food to choose from and it was nice during our week. We did see some repetition of choice but were able to choose things from the grill which made sure we were well catered for. No sign of any insects which was very good and having been there, we think many of the lower reviews were far too harsh. Thanks to all the team at the BlueBay Lanzarote. "
