"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). "Sheets and towels were scratchy, not soft. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The pillows had no neck support. The shower head did not have a strong spray and the hand held spray was worthless with spray power. They had a spider in the bathroom on the ceiling, too high for me to reach. Der Hotelbetreiber ist schon mit den örtlichen Behörden im Kontakt, um das zu lösen. Die Ursache liegt nicht am Hotel selbst, sondern wurde durch Dritte verursacht, die gegenüber wohnen.
