"I cannot say enough good things. The staff really made our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Especially Wai Yan (sp?) who made delicious happy hour drinks at the poolside bar. I feel like I made a new friend as we had several great discussions! The pool is beautiful and very quiet (we were there in low season - Feb) the breakfast was also incredible and so was room service. There was construction going on for a couple of hours every day which was very noisy at the pool. I wish I had known that...

"An all round amazing stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was FANTASTIC; comfy large bed, great size balcony and fruit plates!! We had an elephant directly outside our room but could see 5 in the mornings. The park itself is beyond words; the elephant interactions are next level but the grounds a alaso beautiful, so many different plants and little hidden benches all through the park. Not sure wgat happened to the buffet breakfast as was advertised on the menu but we were...

"The resort itself was beautiful. The food they served there was amazing as well. The employees were all kind and helpful and accommodating. We had a deluxe pool villa but did not feel maximum privacy due to where it was on the main walking path."

"Very tired looking, particularly the bathroom, shower head is cracked so water goes everywhere, mould on the grout, tub and basin stained so looks gritty even though it’s not, definitely needs a makeover. It is certainly adequate for short stays. Staff are lovely, food is good, location is convenient too."
