Location of the apartment is not easy to locate and the building is quite old itself. However, the unit was fully refurbished with good quality materials. Owner also very helpful.

部屋は広く、清潔。スタッフはとても親切で我々の旅を良いものにするサポートをしてくれました。シャワールームは清潔で快適。これは旅をするときには重要なポイント。アメニティーも置いてあり、気が利いています。共有スペースのキッチンも広くて設備も使い放題で、朝食は前日に買ってきたハチャプリやフレッシュジュースを食べるににとても気分良く使えました。我々は使いませんでしたが、洗濯乾燥機も自由に使用してよく、長期でゆっくり滞在するのには良いと思います。ホテルというよりはアパートメントですので、スタッフは常駐していません。したがってベッドメイキング等のサービスはありませんが、それが気にならなければ全く問題ありません。常駐スタッフはいないものの常に気に掛けて連絡をくれるので、全く不便はありませんでした。ロケーションは地下鉄のTechnical University駅から徒歩圏内でTbilisiの市街地を観光するには悪くないところにあります。大変オススメの宿泊先でした。

Das Gebäude scheint von aussen nicht gerade schön zu sein, jedoch wird man vom innern des Hotels positiv überrascht. Es hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber und scheint frisch renoviert zu sein. Der Besitzer der Unterkunft ist sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.

Perfect service! Very nice and new furniture, very clean and feel like in 4-star hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they also ask you if know ho to find them. They contact you also in Whatssapp to make it easier. Location is good!!! Restaurants, shops, health centers, University and other... And one more big PLUS they never disturb you, they give you full privacy. I recommend this☝

This was in a residential (quiet in the evenings but close to a market, pharmacy, food and transportation) neighborhood away from the tourist crowd but a short 2$ taxi ride to the city center. Everthing was new and clean. The owners were extremely helpful and attentive. After my three night stay at their place they arranged for a car and a driver to take me to Kazbegi and checked on me to make sure everthing worked out.
