"Arrived first day to a welcome reception. The first room we were given had a stale smoke smell, we asked to be moved and was told it wasn't possible however 10 minutes later we received a call from reception saying there was now a room. We moved and found the room was very nice clean and modern. The roof top bar is very nice at sunset however we found we could not buy individual items from the set menu. The waiter must have felt bad for this and sorted us some custard tarts as an apology but still we could not buy the items we really wanted, but it was a nice gesture."

"3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve."
