"I booked this property on Orbitz late in the week and the hotel did not have record of my reservation when I arrived. I called Orbitz and received outstanding customer service from Ibrahim. The spa is amazing, I didn’t have much time to fully use it. I had a massage and it was the perfect ending to my holiday. I will definitely be coming back ☺️"
