"At checkin there was no record of our booking. Quite frustrating as that was sorted out. Niether the owner or his family ever seem to be present to deal with problems. The room we were offered had a cramped, miniature shower about 2 ft x 2 ft. The one we were then shown had a larger shower but no city view, no balcony and didn’t resemble posted pictures of the room we booked. "The hotel is located in area quite nice and quiet We pre-order some food that was reheated in a microwave whereas some was hot and cold in the same plate The rooms are far from being clean the linens almost brown used and smelly the same for the towels The toilets are outside in the hallway with no hot water We ordered breakfast for 7am but no one was there we had to go to another place Even we stayed one night it was a awful experience "
