"Just came back from an amazing trip in Uzbekistan. Stayed at the Art Hotel after reading great reviews on hotels.com. Well let me tell you....my room was huge, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, all of our requests were timely accommodated and most importantly Ibrahim and his colleagues went out of their way to help us with anything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and we were literally treated like family. The taxis are very cheap and for $1-2 dollars can take you...

"Brilliant stay in one of my favourite buildings in the world. Only minor feedback would be to have more plug points near to the bed in the rooms. Also, there were only 8-person tables at breakfast which meant I had to share with strangers which is not ideal for a solo traveller. "
