"The bad 1) Reception never responded to my request for a pick-up before arrival 2) Room's carpet had blood stains on it 3) Room smelled like a sewer when I first entered 4) Breakfast food is horrendous. Staff are rude. They stand around and giggle, no customer service. 5) pool area needs a lot of remodelling. also needs staff available to service guests.
