"Two night stay in Lisbon. Area is very quiet- located on a street with some embassies. We found it a bit too far west from the action. A solid 30 minute walk from the main area. We had some issues checking in. We arrived in the rain and the main entry door is always locked. Apparently there’s a button to push (which never was obvious to us) that connects to the reception. "I love this place! The view from our balcony is gorgeous and we spend an entire afternoon just sitting there drinking and taking pictures. The room is spacious, although the stairway is a bit narrow (but the staff there has taken care of all our luggages up and down so it’s not an issue). The front desk lady has been extremely helpful and super nice in terms of booking us parking space, sending parking and checking-in instructions, as well as sharing restaurants and stores around the hotel....

"So my wife and I have stayed in some great hotels in europe and I have to say, the attention to detail and knowledge of the staff in this hotel puts other hotels to shame. the staff went far and beyond. Excellent service, clean and quiet hotel. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. It was our first time in Portugal and thanks to this hotel, I can say we have a place to stay when we visit Lisbon next time."

A gem in the heart of Lapa

"I love the location of this place. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lapa. everything you need. Very attentive staff at reception and breakfast. Lovely size rooms . My only criticism would be to have a robe in the room so that you could go to the pool when the weather is nice enough to have a dip. Other than that, this place is a little gem. "
