"We stayed for a night, and it was an ok experience. Breakfast is available but paid and that was not a surprise for us as we knew when booking, but including here just in case that helps. We asked for a non-smoking room but could smell a strong smoking smell (it wasn't cigarette for sure) in the morning, not sure if it was from the room or someone smoking nearby. Our experience was good/excellent except for the smoking smell which made it to ok."

"Great location in between angel fire and red river. Cute little town with a few nice restaurants. Hotel owners are managing and struggling finding help but were kind and transparent and friendly. I'd definitely stay again."

"This was once a nice place. Owner is a cheapskate, won't spend money on necessary repairs. The staff is as helpful as they can be given the circumstances. Office is not manned at night, if you have a problem yer out of luck. Linens are threadbare. None of the services advertised online are available."
