We had a junior suite which was lovely and spacious with a large deck with views. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to main street of Taormina and so many shops and dining options closeby. We also made good use of the pool during the heat. Would highly recommend!

The property was very close to everything in Taormina and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is down a crazy steep road the hotel was old. The lobby smelled like old shoes. Taormina is very fun. Highly recommend visiting the Italian opera

Schabby pool aerea. One day a local guy occupied the pool for 3 hours. Long distance swim training it seemed like.. people around the pool got upset. Scabby restaurant by the pool. Not what youexpectfor 35eur/night.

I recently stayed at this beautiful place and was blown away by the amazing customer service. The staff were always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The surroundings are stunning, making it a perfect getaway. However, the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovations. Also, be sure to bring your own iron as the facility does not provide one. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this place for its excellent service and breathtaking location.

Location requires climbing steep stairs or road to go anywhere, view from many rooms obstructed by a wall of the balcony of the room to the right. Car has to be valet parked, expensive. Should advise this in website to stop people with any handicap however minimal from choosing this hotel.

Lovely hotel overall. Very clean but it is starting to look a little run down. Room was nice and spacious but outdated. Whole place needs a bit of a refresh but all-in-all it fits with the Sicilian style. A little annoying there is only one lift for the entire hotel, but not the end of the world. Breakfast was overall good, however, the hot food options didn’t taste great! Main attraction is its location!! Cannot fault where the hotel is. Perfect for walking distance. Reception staff all very lovely and helpful.

I loved the space. I had one poor encounter with a staff member. I lost a credit card and asked them politely to check for it. They were very unhelpful, but refused to even check. Obviously whilst traveling it is crucial to have a credit card. I made a reasonable request and the staff member was very rude and slightly aggressive. I loved all of the other staff members. Everyone else was very helpful and the space was lovely!

People at the dining area was very not super friendly but food was good. Our Room, 702 was leaking from the AC which they tried to fix but still leaked. Rooms were clean, great location, fabulous view. Needs some remodelling but was a nice location.

Um único elevador para atender muitos hóspedes. Café da manhã com muita variedade mas a qualidade deixou a desejar. Banheira/chuveiro entupida com vazamento e alagamento do banheiro. Fiz a reclamação e o problema não foi resolvido. Mau humor do atendente no café da manhã, reclamando pelo uso de uma colher da mesa ao lado. Não recolhiam a louça utilizada. Endereço do site é diferente do endereço de acesso no hotel.
