"Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun. The apartments are cleaned...

"As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. "Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. "Second time here & it is ideal in it's location to the town, restaurants, bars, etc. We love the apartments, the gardens & the restaurant. The only things that slightly let it down this year was the swimming pool was not heated - this in Winter is a big reason for going - and the apartment was a little tired. It needs sprucing up. But it was still lovely."

Staff were so friendly and it was a battle to develop our Spanish as their English was so good. Being a 10-minute stroll to the marina was a real bonus offering up a plethora of bars and restaurants. Definitely not a loud or wild area for the youth to enjoy - peaceful and tranquil for all!"

"Right next to the sea, our room had a super outlook, south-east facing. Very good food in the restaurants and prices for drinks unexpectedly well-priced. Staff were so friendly and it was a battle to develop our Spanish as their English was so good. Being a 10-minute stroll to the marina was a real bonus offering up a plethora of bars and restaurants. Definitely not a loud or wild area for the youth to enjoy - peaceful and tranquil for all!"
