"The hotel ground is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is outstanding! The rooms need improvements: a lot of items we had to have it fixed after check in. They were eager to fix everything and please us. AC was weak throughout our stay. Bathtub/shower drain was very slow…rooms are very dark, gloomy. Overall is a very nice hotel. The pools, statues throughout property, restaurants all gorgeous."

"The room is very nice and clean but too dark. A Cafe is still in construction so we had to go to a beach cafe for breakfast, which was nice and quiet. Staff is really nice and helpful. You have to rent a scooter, as nothing is in walking distance. There are also limited dining options in this area."
