"Loved my stay there...the room was clean, the hotel was expansive and elegant. Food was good. Room service was good. The few times I interacted with the front desk...they just seemed so unpleasant. No smiles. No personality. Nothing. To be fair it was mainly one woman I spoke with a few times. Other than that - it was a great stay."

"I cannot say enough about the staff at Crowne Plaza Changi. My husband left his camera at the the hotel. Unfortunately, we didnt notice it until we were already back in Canada. I emailed the hotel and it was actioned right away. Our camera was with the manager and their Concierge team organized for the item to be shipped back to us. We recieved it a week later. We are very appreciative as all of our memories of our trip was there. They were very easy to deal with and very responsive. Hotel - the hotel is very clean and very convenient to take the train downtown and to explore the Jewel. It was easy for us to go from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 which was our departure area. Staying at Crowne Plaza was stress free which was what we were going for. The bed is very comfortable. Room small but good enough. The breakfast (highly recommend) was amazing with a lot of selection. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again."

"It was my first time staying at Swissotel, and upon arriving, Amelia checked me in. She was kind and asked if it was my first time in Singapore (it wasn't), but it was my first time in the hotel. She kindly joked it will be the best experience at this hotel. My reservation had one room, but had two twin beds. I preferred one king as I was there on a conference. Keep in mind it was F1 weekend as well, so it was extremely busy. So I challenged her with "you said this will be the best experience, I know its F1 weekend, but is there a miracle that there is a room available with 1 King bed instead of two wins?" Within <10 minutes she made it happen, and I couldn't believe it. To the amazing staff, and especially Amelia, thank YOU so much for making my trip pleasant and comfortable after a long flight."
