"I think I booked for a bigger room but was given a standard (cheaper) room. It was for 1 night, so I didn't bother. Surrounding was nice, and very near to eatery and shopping. No shoes inside, NO TV, and no coffee/tea maker in room. We need to walk down to the common pantry to make coffee or noodles. Main door closed after 10pm and opened at 8am. No security. "

"This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "Room was clean and tidy however the bathroom was the tiniest I've ever come across, you had to sit on the toilet seat to take a shower. No hot water in the sink, shower head was blocked... It was awful for the price. Avoid it."
