"Our stay at the Hidden Charm Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and relaxing experience. A special mention goes to Thank from customer support, who truly exceeded our expectations. Not only was Thank incredibly attentive and helpful, but she also surprised us with a cake for my wife’s birthday, making our stay even more special. Dinh in the restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Her kindness and readiness to assist us at every meal made dining a pleasure, which is tricky with a two year old. Vu Minh worked tirelessly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for his efforts. The barman around the pool was another joy. His cheerful and happy demeanor added a delightful touch to our poolside relaxation. Overall, the whole team pulled out all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s great facilities and prime location ( not even an 5 minute walk to restaurants annd excursions) only added to the experience.
