There was trash outside our door the outside area was not good mold in bathroom

The pool was closed for repairs. We were not allowed to sit and relax in pool area. At breakfast there was sausage but no eggs. The facility looked very old but it was at least clean. No body wash in shower , only shampoo.

The property needs a face lift especially room 242. Door needs fixing, bathroom leaking water, and it's noisy. You can hear everything that happens outside.

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. We didn't want to pay $300 for one night just because we had a small dog. The room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. It was no different from the HomeSuites where we had recently stayed.

The property is under renovation when you walk in the area at the service desk and stuff is wonderful as you’re walking to your room. It’s the kind of hotel where the doors are on the outside and it’s not clean looking when we got to the room. it looked exactly like the photo it looked like it had been redone. I don’t know if they have not been in there since they redone it, but apparently there must’ve been a leak or something. The ceiling was full mode, and there was cockroaches in the room and a hole in the ceiling and the corner so I think you have a leak from maybe above I’m not sure.

Had to Check out early due to the amount of Marijauna being smoked right out side my room door. Sheet were dirty. Room door did not closes completely. I had to stuff crack with a towel using Chopsticks to keep the smell out. My 5 year old coughed all night. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Experian to see if I can get some kind of refund. But there is no Number to a person. On site. The computer Answering system on the Experian site keeps hanging up on me.
