"The experience was amazing, I stayed in the tent - the first night/morning was a lot of swatting flies and killing spiders😵‍💫 but the place is quite literally a farm so not surprised. After all that it was perfect! I loved that the tent was a different experience entirely and the whole hotel is sublime😍. The staff are so lovely and very accommodating, always ensuring you’re okay, the food is also good! The animals are hilarious and waking up everyday to natures alarm clock was surprisingly pleasant. This is really the best place to kick back and unwind. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - but you know this from looking at it, if you want to go into the local towns/Marrakesh I advise hiring a car because it is difficult to explain where you are. The only downside I would say is that towels were not collected/changed when housekeeping came by even though they visibly needed to be."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay for a week. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. We arrived late and were given a room with a stunning view across Marrakesh. In the morning we mentioned the a/c never actually cooled and the room was very hot. They took a look while we were out on return said we could try it, if it was still not working correctly they would show us another room. We were sad to leave the first room, but the next was as lovely in different ways, with the much needed addition in July of fully working a/c! Meals were delicious. It was a great spot from which to explore the Atlas mountains"

Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. Would definitely recommend hotel for a quiet, restful break."

"- The location is out of the way,if you dont have a car there is absolutely nowhere to go which gives you a chance to relax & switch off entirely. -Scenery is stunning, the views of the snowcapped mountains are incredible and its totally silent apart from the sound of the birds so is super relaxing. -The hotel is decorated beautifully but it is a little rustic. This isnt a 5 star hotel with turndown service so please dont expect that. -Staff are lovely, super helpful & friendly. -The pool is gorgeous & the grounds are also lovingly taken care of but theres a few little things that would a stay even better...Some games or packs of cards being available would be nice. Dinner was served very early when we were there (due to ramadan) so it left us with a long evening before bed so to have the option to play a game would be nice and perhaps have a little background music on in the restaurant and common areas. -The main thing that would stop us coming back though is the price of food. Whilst the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious it was quite expensive, coming from the UK we found it more expensive than back home. Again, what would be a nice idea would be to maybe have an honesty 'bar' where you could buy drinks/snacks in the evening when staff have left as once dinner is over there is nothing to eat or drink unless you bring it with you. If you want wine BYO! -Overall a great find and lovely stay. Just room for a few tweaks to make it fabulous (in my opinion!)"

"The position of the hotel is excellent and specially the superior suite view on the mountain and the river, the guest are gentle especially Khalid answering our request ne making our stay comfortable, for sure we’ll be back "
