It's a hostel that can pack people into a private room. Window was missing glass slat. Nosound insulation, so noisy until 11 PM. AC made squeaky noise. Plumbing was loose and you could see sunlight through the edges. Mattresses were old, one was overly firm, one was soft. Common areas, kitchen, and pool were nice. Staff is really friendly and takes pride in the community environment.

El lugar en general estuvo increíble y la mayoría de los empleados fueron muy cálidos excepto por una chica de recepción llamada Beelu. No tiene tacto para dirigirse a los huéspedes, nos arrebató las cervezas diciendo que ya nos habían indicado que no se podía tomar en la alberca cuando minutos antes se preguntó y nos dijeron que si se podía. Al cobrarnos al final de todo lo que habíamos consumido en el hotel fue de una manera muy grosera. Creo que para todo hay maneras de decir las cosas

Bien mais ne convient pas à tout le monde

Endroit sympathique avec une bonne ambiance. Proche des restaurants, bars et supermarché. Parties communes agréables avec cuisine collective et piscine. Néanmoins, chambre avec énorme vis à vis (en face du matériel de surf), lit en très mauvais état (pieds cassés et grincements au moindre mouvement). Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche quand nous avons récupéré la chambre et l’eau de la douche était froide. Musique jusqu’à minuit donc pas idéale pour dormir 😉

Manager Leo was very helpful with guidance to this older solo traveler - had good local knowledge for economical eating options - can arrange/offer everything/anything tours, transfers, surfing, snorkeling, diving etc. - strictly quiet after 11pm - 24 Hr security - well run for a large hostel (60 guest capacity) - good english via the Mgr.

Ubicación excelente, precio decente y el personal muy atento y buena onda. El único problema fue que algunas de las camas eran demasiado incómodas, los colchones viejisimos. Creo que necesitan renovarlos.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location and great workout/yoga space! My only issue was one bathroom for the entire dorm and the bathroom was right inside the room

Fun place, lots of action. Good for younger people. After hour party is awesome, ends around 11:30, my sons(19-17) loved it, fid not bother me, but if quiet is what you want, do go to tamarindo!

Cool hostel

We had a great stay. The place has a good vibe. A short 2-3 minute walk to town. David and Fernando were both awesome and helpful. I would stay here again.

Excellent staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Such a happy, and inclusive community vibe. Extremely affordable, and convenient. I wish I’d booked here from the beginning. Don’t think about booking one night just to be sure you like it, with thoughts of extending your stay. It’s unlikely they’ll have availability. Jump right in if you’re looking for an affordable, friendly, no fuss stay, with parking, and everything within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.
