"I love the fact I was able to celebrate my birthday on November 21-November 24, I am beyond grateful. However, when I got there online said the fee is $75 and I went in person the person behind the counter stated that its $100 fee wasn’t aware it. Secondly, my room door was not opening at all and I had to turn the nob up. I started cleaning the hotel room to find hair in the tub and some brown stains on the toilet. "Tv wasn’t working but staff was able to come quickly and fix it. Two lights in the room were out. Staff person who came was pleasant and got it fixed but didn’t have a name tag on or anything that showed he was staff. Elevator button was also broken so you could not tell that it registered whether you had pushed it or not. Toilet seat was loose from base. "

Wonderful experience

"This hotel is full of warm, caring people who truly care about their guests and want to help in any way they can, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We stayed here with our two young children for our first week after returning to the US from several years abroad, and it was a wonderful way to come back. Every encounter was a pleasure and every issue was solved quickly and with compassion. The breakfast is pretty good, too! And, of course, everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend."
