"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"Beautiful large grounds with the ocean on two sides, loved staying in the garden bungalow among stunning large trees and well kept flowering plants. Ocean views were spectacular especially from the beach bar area. Fun watching surfers too. The hotel often hosts celebrations, which can be noisy. Music was always too loud. Sadly our stay was also interrupted by tree cutting, again very loud and right beside the pool. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, good food and the pool. "

"The best! Amazing beachfront location, super nice and warm staff, free breakfast, and fantastic food options nearby. Very walkable and just great vibes. The room was clean and looked great inside and out. On the last night my partner and I hung out with the staff and played music with them for awhile (guitar, singing, and percussion). Small island paradise!"

"Stunning. The beach, the rooms, the service, the food. All of it, had the best most relaxing time. Felt authentic and traditional but fresh and modern at the same time. In a very quiet location but really felt no need to leave the resort. The cocktails were great and afternoon tea was a lovely touch. "
