"Lots of food just outside the hotel because it’s inside the airport terminal 2. Easy access to KLIA Express train and Priority Lounge is just outside the hotel. I have stayed here 4 times. "

"We booked a room at Sama Sama Express for a day as we got to know that our flight had got delayed and the lay-over was now 11 hours. Wise decision. Apart from benefit of staying within the airport, the Sama Sama Express was very comfortable and relaxing. My 80 year old mother got to sleep for about 4 hours and I got to take a shower and sleep. The Manager on Duty, Ruby was exceptional, understanding and pro-active with making arrangements. Another family, with elderly parents, were given...

"The facilities was not good and was not maintained well. The room was not cleaned properly and service was not good, eventhough pricey. "

"For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again."
