Excellent service, friendly, room very clean, location is convenient, walking distance, dining choice . High recommended

A very nice option for when you're visiting Genting Highlands. Less than 10 minutes drive from the mall and theme park area with lots of facilities within the property itself. The room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast selection was OK, however some things ran out quickly due to the long weekend crowd. Facilities were fine, we enjoyed the heated pool. There is a paid rooftop experience where you can take some beautiful photos - a bit pricey but fun. Restaurant options were OK but you'll need to drive out if you want alternatives. The only thing is that some facilities weren't available - the kids playground pool didn't have water heating which made it too cold to be in and the infinity pool was closed for maintenance.

Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Tommy was excellent. Had a lovely stay and will visit again.
