"Loved the 2 bed apartment, without doubt this would receive 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible sound proofing between floors. I was kept awake for 2 out of 3 nights because of noisy people in the apartment above. You could even hear chairs being moved. Otherwise it was a great spot, small grocery store on ground level that sells most everything you need on holiday. For consideration you are only provided one set of keys so if traveling with a group, enquire with the hotel first. "

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"Place is quiet and clean with a nice city view. It’s location is a walking distance to Bangsar LRT and closed by to KL sentral. "

"The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur "

"This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. The deposit and deposit return was a little frustrating but they were extremely helpful through whatsapp. I was able to use my credit card and I was promptly refunded the next day after checking out. "Foto professionali non corrispondono alla realtà che è meno curata rispetto alle immagini. L’appartamento è comunque molto spazioso e in posizione ottimale (2 minuti dalla staIone della metro). Bella la palestra anche se mancano asciugamani, acqua e Wi-Fi. "

"Property location was excellent and facilities were good. However, this was offset by sleepless nights due to horrific traffic noises that could be heard even on the 33rd FL! 33A above us were also inconsiderate people rearranging furtniture and crashing about at 2AM in the morning. Additionally the owner of 33-03 gave us a defective TV and did not change it even after our complaints. Property maybe good value with a good location but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. "Overall about property is good. The only things that I less prefer are the traffic around this area are very packed on morning and evening. This property also lack parking facilities where we need to park at the shopping mall car park, which impose quite high parking fees, as it is seperated from the property."

"This property was beautiful. It is located in an area that may seem isolated, at first, but a ten minute walk up the hill will give you a place where you can shop and eat. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and playground. It’s is certainly family friendly. The host was very communicative. "

Amazing kid friendly hotel

"Amazing hotel for family. Suitable for families with children. Breakfast spread was awesome. Lotsa variety. Kids corner for children to eat. Hotel room was SUPER clean. Towels were changed daily without being requested. Service staff were friendly and warm! There’s a play room for kids. Clean and well maintained. There’s slides at the pool for the kids."

"Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!"
