"Condition of the room is bad. Floor panelling is damaged amenities in the room is few. Limited selection in TV. Wifi password was not provided."

"Their service stood out. Always ready to assist and accomodate. Housekeeping needs to do beater. Daily room cleaning is inconsistent. Towels were a hit and missed. On some days the room was immaculately cleaned and tidied up while on other days it looked like a rushed job."
