"On the whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There was a hiccup when we check in and they could not find our booking. It took some time but was sorted out. One minus point was the drainage at the shower area. The drainage was not good and fast enough for the rain shower and it started to pond and eventually flow out of the shower area. That makes the floor very slippery and thus the chances of slipping and falling is high."

The photos do not prepare you for the beauty of the site, the mountain backdrop and lush jungle with gently weaving paths promising so much and tempting you to explore. The caves and hot springs, picture perfect pool and all day dining. The villas are perfectly presented and provide so much more than a standard room, spacious living space and private pools, balcony over the water or furnished terrace...

"Despite hotel providing ear plugs, could still hear noise coming from the main road. Bed quilt was smelly and waited about 1/2 hour to replace. Rain shower was good but can see soap scum on glass and surrounding. Brekkie was good but considering paying top price for the 2 rooms, there are better options elsewhere."

"The property is older and has mould and bugs which are hard to ignore. We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. Our room was at the end of the building (quieter) but the wifi did not reach to connect. We had suggested drivers from the hotel cancel on us and little help from the front desk on options.
