"What a great place to stay with fantastic amenities. We loved the rooftop pool, the gym and the views. Our unit was very clean, and room service was fantastic every day ( total 7 nights ). We loved our stay and hopefully will return again.Thank you."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"The property itself was good, clean, and neat. The downside is we have to pay extra for carpark. And there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. We could have been informed upon reservation is confirmed but we did not asked from the concierge on the availability."

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"This place was amazing. I needed the homey feel after staying in hotels for quite sometime. It was a large enough space for me, the dinning options are endless in the area. I just loved my stay there. The staff is amazing as well. I love that everything is within walking distance. Absolutely perfect. I will stay there again. Loved it ❤️"

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Easy check in through the skyscraper's reception: you come in, let the security guard know that you have a reservation and the host comes downstairs to hand you over the key. Easy process. Rooms are great for the price paid, we stayed in a one that directly faces the Petronas twin towers. The skyscraper is definitely one of the top 10 locationwise for those who want to stay as close as possible to the Petronas. "All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit."
