Several items upset us about this property. Here’s a short list; Door latch broken, air conditioner never shut off, bathroom light switch broken, no hot water until the end of the shower, dirty floors, dust everywhere. Attention to repairs and cleanliness are obviously not priority.

The window curtain was broken and hanging down, the shower door would not close due to previous damage, the room phone was filthy, the ceiling had significant water damage stains, and both sinks were not draining properly.

First room had lights that didn’t work and no water pressure in shower so we had to move rooms. Both rooms had stains all over couches. Fixtures in bathrooms were broken (missing towel hook, cracked sinks, broken hairdryer…). Got charged $10 for a bottled water in lobby. Hard to find rooms for FSU games, and even this one was $400/nt, but will gladly pay more to never stay here again.
