"Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter. "

Host Roland is a class-act. Very helpful, communicative and accommodating. It is clear that her wants his guests to have a great vacation. "

"Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself."

"Nice spacious studio apartment with everything we needed. Take advantage of the beach pass. We could have used a few more utensils and the wash cloth wasn't clean. The bed was memory foam and could have been more comfortable."

"I enjoyed my stay here and the staff are amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning is working properly. You get free 2 bottles of water everyday. Prices for food and drinks are almost American prices but you can always stock-up on drinks. You can buy the drinks outside and bring it to the room. You have refrigerator in the room. The food is decent some are very good and some are ok. The restaurant staff especially to Hiroshi, Rachel and Efren made my stay...

"I initially booked for 4 nights but ended up staying for 10nights. I regretted moving to a different hotel for a change. The staff all of them from housekeeping, to the ones at the breakfast buffet, guest services- they’ve all been so accommodating. Their warmth & hospitality is what I truly loved about my stay- that’s why i kept extending. I also felt safe & comfortable all throughout my stay. I’ve always stayed here every time I come home and that won’t change. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back in the future. Special thanks to Sheena & Cheezy for being so helpful regarding my needs to ensure my stay would be a great experience. I really appreciate it! P.S Everything would’ve been perfect if there was a bidet by the toilet 😊"

"10/10 resort, worth every penny! If you are after a 5-star luxurious resort with a world class hospitality, then you have come to the right place. Not the best beach, but the resort and the amenities and hospitality will make up for it. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is quite new so it is modern and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The staff were very helpful and there is a minibus that will take you to their resort hotel which is on the waterfront with a great pool. You can walk to a shopping mall and a restaurant area within 15 mins."
