"The location is different from the address on Google map, making it difficult to find the place. It's actually in a quite residential area, about 20 min walk to the medina. The room is spacious which can fit 5 people, but the bathroom has a strong cleaning liquid smell. The staffs are boys from the restaurants next door. They're sweet! If you need towel or anything, just go find them next door."

"None of the amenities that were advertised were there. There was one little heater in one of the bedrooms and it got cold that night. Communication was extremely hard with the lady that owned them. Not a comfortable stay"

A Most AMAZING hotel!

"My husband and I would give 10 stars to Taj Chefchouen if we could — it is an AMAZING hotel and it was the perfect place for a romantic Valentines’s Day getaway!!! Our junior suite was lovely — comfortable bed, great linens, wonderful shower with plenty of hot water, and GORGEOUS views of the Medina and the Rif Mountains from our room and our private terrace. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner served on our terrace and the food was EXCELLENT! And we can’t say enough about the FABULOUS staff — all of them, from the front desk clerks to the room service staff were friendly, kind and delightful. We would have stayed longer than two nights if we could have. "

"We had a very comfortable stay at this Riad. It was very clean, spacious, confortable bed and had good lighting. The room has everything you need with sufficient storage. The staff were friendly and very helpfull. The breakfast was delicious and the person who serves the breakfast (sorry I didnt catch your name) was very welcoming. The location of the Riad is perfect. Its only a short walk to the main square area where you get the restaurants. "

"We adored this property. It has been lovingly renovated and is just gorgeous. It's not only beautiful, but everything is clean and works well. There is also heat in the rooms. which was appreciated in January. The location is up the hill in a tranquil area with views from the rooftop terrace. It is walkable to great restaurants and everything we were interested in. Adel took great care of us with thoughtful suggestions, reservations etc. He even walked me to an ATM 15 minutes away! The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. My only regret is that we didn't have more time. I can't say enough good about this place and highly recommend it. I think there are only 6 rooms, so don't delay booking!"
