"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent. "
