"The staff are friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to buy necessities in the in-house convenience store even til late. Housekeeping do a great job at replenishing used items. Just be careful of peak times close to check out - it will be busy and the lifts will be full."

Good location

"I love the Shinjuku location. You still can’t go out to see the Godzilla on the balcony. We stayed here 2 years ago and 8 nights this time. I will say the decorative pillows, and the carpet all look quite a bit more worn this time. It feels like it could use a refresher in the rooms."

Clean hotel in good location

"Clean hotel in a good, walkable location. Friendly reception. Room was tiny. This was my first time in Japan and I suspect a tiny room is the norm. The only complaint would be that the pillows were very uncomfortable."
