"My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! We stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful location to walk from to get around Kanazawa, which ended up being our favorite city during our trip around Japan. The property itself was very cozy. The beds and sitting areas were very comfy. The bathrooms and toilets were very well maintained and easy to use. The air conditioning was great and plentiful in all of the rooms where we needed it. "Lovely 2 floors apartment, very comfortable and spars, so nicely decorated and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there. The only lack is that the stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. The owner is nice and helpful, he offered us to send our luggage. He is always available for phone calls ( no WhatsApp). You can also reach him by mail."

"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful traditional accommodation in historical district of Kanazawa. Very comfortable accommodation. Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. Not many restaurant...

"If say it's a hotel, rather say it's an apartment. Basically you take the whole apartment yourself, good for family to stay together. Staff is nice and happy to welcome everyone. Nice view from top of the hotel and close to other major spots"

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"

"I stayed here travelling solo, the hotel was very nicely designed and the onsen was very nice too, and felt amazing after a long day of exploring in the cold. The breakfast was really good, and it was a great way to sample a bunch of different Japanese foods in one meal. They also give you your own pajamas which is nice if you’ve been solo travelling for a while too. Staff was very nice too. I would definitely go back if I was in Kanazawa again!"
