"It was a pleasant stay and location is great. Is about 560m away from Kanazawa station .We are able to drop off our luggage at Kanazawa hotel before our check in time . Is a plus as this hotel is unmanned. Smooth Check in with password given. Comfortable bed and family friendly. "

There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. "My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! We stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful location to walk from to get around Kanazawa, which ended up being our favorite city during our trip around Japan. The property itself was very cozy. The beds and sitting areas were very comfy. The bathrooms and toilets were very well maintained and easy to use. The air conditioning was great and plentiful in all of the rooms where we needed it. "Beautiful traditional accommodation in historical district of Kanazawa. Very comfortable accommodation. Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. "The room was clean and comfortable. Three pillows and nice mattress. There are at least four coin laundry machines, two inside women’s changing room for the public bath which was quite acceptable. Three elevators meant never a wait. Some reviews complained about lack of parking but it’s right next to the train station. Perfect for me. I would return. "

"We needed a quick and easy stop for a Shinkansen layover and this was perfect. We were traveling with 6 in our family and so we got 3 rooms so the kids could have their own beds. The service staff was impeccable. The room is small (compared to American standards) but the room felt perfect for sleeping overnight. "
