"Terrible hotel, room was bare, hardly any furniture, no tea or coffee, nothing in the way of drinks. It was 33° outside and air con wasn't on, and after a lot of debating they turned it on for about 30 mins. The outdoor pools and children's area where disgusting, pool half full and full of algae. It looks like this hotel is shut and just putting guests in to make a bit of extra money. Avoid this hotel!! "

"The room was fine. Had a major hassle with the front desk. I booked and paid through hotels.com. The front desk demanded a 1500 rmb deposit - much more than I paid for the actual room online. I paid with a local Chinese bank card. I assumed it was just an expensive deposit. Then she said I would have to pay for the room again and would get any remaining deposit. I called Hotels.com who immediately called, faxed, and e-mailed the hotel, saying I didn't need to pay twice. The front desk...

"酒店整体还算不错，房间也比较干净，早餐不算太丰富，位置属于比较偏的，开车会比较方便。唯一的不满意的是电梯，一共两部电梯，而且不智能，楼层又高，等电梯时间太长"
