"I stayed in the dorm at this location and it was a great stay. Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable new beds with individual lights and sockets, free use of hot water, drinking water, fridge, kitchen facilities, towels and hairdryer. The owners were so kind and spoke good english, she was very knowledgeable about the local area and showed me some great cycling trails. "一轉進台東老宿舍的巷子，我就有點後悔了，我只能說它把原本的景觀保留得很好。如果沒住過其它背包客棧，我覺得這樣的價格和服務是合理的，但因為我住過花蓮火車站附近更好的，下次就不會想再住這裡了。 這裡的蚊子有點多，同時因為我傍晚出門後大概12點才回來，我會覺得那邊的燈光有點昏暗，會讓我有點害怕。 優點是小管家人很親切，提供沐浴乳／洗髮精／飲水機／茶包／杯子／公共空間／拖鞋。摩托車和汽車的停車位很足夠。距離鐵花村／台東轉運站／華納威秀都是走路5分鐘就可以到，鐵花路兩端都有全家，買東西也很方便。"
