Things I like about this place:
- Super convenient location -- close to MRT, bus lines (including airport bus), and walkable to many things
- If you like privacy, they won't bother you unless you want them to change towels, sheets, etc.
- Washer and dryer if you want them
- Really good price, good value for the price
- Good size! Many hotel rooms in this price range are either smaller or not as clean
- Good fridge
- Elevator
Things I wasn't a fan of:
- My room was facing the street, Ji Lin (吉林), and it is pretty loud. The hotel does a decent job of trying to address it with double glass sliding doors, but it's definitely still loud. I generally can sleep okay still, but sensitive people may have issues. I think maybe other rooms that aren't facing the large road might be quieter, so maybe not all rooms are like this.
- The reception is in a separate building from the rooms, and there isn't 24 hour desk service. I found it a little awkward, and I wasn't sure if I could leave my luggage there after check-out, etc.
Overall:
- Really good value for the price. There are a couple of awkward points as mentioned above, but overall this is a really good option for people who don't need a luxury hotel but want somewhere comfortable at a reasonable price and in a good location. This is also a great place for people who dislike small rooms, with a good size for the price. I would not recommend a street-facing room for noise-sensitive people.
