"Offered what I needed."

"Very convenient as there were free shuttle buses from the ferry pier and quite frequent as well. We managed to check in 2hrs before check-in time and had an extra hour late check out too. You can also use their pool facilities after checking out also. Their rooms were spacious, however our exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work and also the shower drainage was a bit slow so felt we were in a swamp when showering. Customer service was top notch in all areas of the hotel."

"Good location, away from the casino buzz (20 minutes easy walk). Nice view from the top floor rooms (though windows needed some cleaning on the outside). Good breakfast, though it was typical chinese, lacking some western favourites such as juice, cereals and yogurt."

"I spent a lot of time walking around and exploring, so it was nice having a clean and comfortable room to rest in. The pool and workout room were both good. The staff were very friendly and professional. The surrounding areas were okay, it’s on the older side of town. But this hotel is situated in the middle of Cotai strip and Macau so you can get to both areas quickly via bus or taxi."

"If you are looking for renovated, super clean and reasonable sized room, GRAND DRAGON IS THE PICK! Especially for families w young children where hygiene and cleanliness is the top priority. The downside is there are no shopping mall here except some eateries and super markets."
