很髒 還說翻新過 根本沒有 只有牆壁紙重貼 櫃檯感覺很菜 剛開始要Chech in 說找不到我的單 懷疑我根本沒訂 還跟我說不知道有這筆單 最後盧小很久 我還幫他找 跟他說你去查Expedia後台 死不相信我 我也做過旅館業的好嗎！ 找到還在那邊嘴硬 我跟他說我已經付款 死不相信我 一直要我的信用卡 到最後自己查才知道自己錯 超傻眼 整個心情超差 好好的旅遊就被毀了 傻眼！員工訓練超差
