如果您不習慣/不喜歡與大樓管理員交涉的話，不建議選擇這間，白天管理員伯伯的態度不大好，家人說晚上上班的管理員先生人很好，與白天班的截然不同；住宿方面感覺都蠻舒適的，雖然像是大樓集合式出租套房，但不會有很吵雜的聲音，電視訊號很差，時不時會斷訊，熱水器的運作很微妙，熱水正常輸出之際又會突然變冷水，除此之外整體的感覺看得出房東有用心經營。 以價格來看，CP值蠻高的，如果check in是由房東自行接洽會更完美，房間設備問題見仁見智，每個人需求不同，撇除管理員這個因素，個人覺得還是可以考慮入住的（但熱水器問題真的要想辦法改善，否則冬天寒流來襲的時候會冷吱吱XD）

還可以 但是冷氣的出風口黴菌太多了。孩子過敏很嚴重。又無法開窗。雖然不貴 但是不適合過敏體質的人入住。

舒適乾淨，配備齊全
乾淨舒適的民宿，床很好睡，有沙發很方便，出入大門及電梯都需磁卡感應很安全，房間備零食及瓶裝水，喝不夠也可至飲水機裝取，還備有投幣式洗衣機很貼心，感受老闆的用心體貼，美中不足是房間Wi-Fi 訊號弱，手機網路無吃到飽的人會麻煩些
