地點方便的平價住宿 Just a cheap hotel with convenient locat
雙床613房空間算寬敞，也有對外窗戶。但是隔壁房間樓上是冷氣主機，一直有低頻噪音聲響。我是很好入睡的人，也睡的深沉，所以不受影響，淺眠的人則不建議住10~15號房。
真的沒有電梯，只有汽車電梯直達1、4樓(商務客房在三樓)，大行李建議住有車庫的房型。
Twin-bed room 613 have wide space、bathroom & outside facing window，but roof next room have Split-Type Air-Conditioners，making low frequency noise，not recommend a light sleeper to stay at room 610~615.
No elevator but for vehicle straight up to 4th floor，guest with large luggage suggest booking garage-type room.

不好的入住經驗
入住時時櫃台人員一直無法找到我訂房的記錄，約過20分鐘就告知先讓我入住，如果隔天還是沒有我的訂房記錄會再告知我請我付款，雖有入住，但是兩張床的房間與我訂的一大床不同，且我訂的是有附早餐的房間，入住也沒有早餐可食，這不是一個好的住宿體驗，下一次我不會再入住這裡。

除了地點方便環境清靜外，整個住房經驗很不愉快，特意確認訂的是非吸煙房，但卻濃濃的煙味，回到家把當晚穿的睡衣拿出來洗，整套都是嚇人的煙味，特別讓人不舒服！冷氣開最小還是超冷，睡覺時能感受到風一直往頭上灌，冷到頭痛。浴室是我覺得最誇張的地方！浴缸看起來髒髒的，沒有浴簾這點簡直太神奇，洗完澡整間浴室像水災一樣，廁所內只有面紙卻沒有衛生紙，連洗手肥皂拆開後也不知該放哪？但浴室地板卻能在半夜就乾了7、8成也著實 不可思議！

因為透過不同的 APP 訂房，一天住了商旅、一天住汽旅，覺得清潔部分真的要加強，尤其是在汽旅的房間，用墊子將封起來的按摩浴池蓋住，又在淋浴旁邊，那個墊子感覺長年濕答答的，令人毛骨悚然～～

靠近台中新光及大遠百的理想位置
房間舒適,不過因為是中央空調,聞得到煙味,工作人員很貼心,雖飯店無電梯,人員可協助拿提行李至房間,早晨亦有提供中式/西式早餐,整體服務不錯!

1. Check-in問題: 我們有2組同事出差, 2間房間在出發前幾天都有更改訂房內容也收到更改確認email (第2組同事改晚一天入住). 但第1組同事check-in時, 飯店櫃台找不到訂房更改記錄, 在我們堅持有收到確認email的情況下, 櫃台人員後來找到了, 但又說沒有收到第2組同事更改訂房記錄, 將會多收取一晚的費用. 我跟對方說你剛剛也找不到另一個房間的更改記錄, 有沒有可能是你們漏掉了? 對方堅持要我自己去問hotels.com, 他沒辦法處理, 我只好打電話給hotels.com客服, 客服確認了更改記錄, 並打電話給歐風解決了問題. 雖然hotels.com客服電話中有致歉, 但我不清楚整個訂房環節到底是哪裡出了問題 (訂房網站? 旅館?), 讓我必須電話來來回回的處理問題.
2. 房間清潔問題: 第1組同事反映原本白色的毛巾看起來髒髒的, 不敢用; 第2組同事反映房間聞起來有一股霉味, 很不舒服.

在入住前後感覺此酒店無論是住宿、服務，都是非常差劣。
首先，是酒店服務態度。在入住前一個月，曾經三次電郵到酒店，目的是要確所預訂的房間，但酒店仍然不回覆，是不懂中文？還是回覆你都儍？亳無禮貌。
其次，是酒店隔音設施差，房間在三樓，酒店地舖是7-11，整晚都聽到嘈吵聲和汽車聲。
最後，酒店老板發錢寒。因為提早入住或延遲退房，要每小時收取TWD$200。
下次如再訪臺中，一定、一定不會入住此酒店

這是一間地理位置極佳，且還算環境清幽的旅館，
價錢便宜，當然也不用期待房內設備多豪華，原則上該有的都有，簡單明瞭，一應俱全，且樓下就有7-11很是方便。
