"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. "Nice and convenient hotel for a South Lake Tahoe ski getaway. Close to Heavenly, cssinos and restaurants. Good value!"

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
