"The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Ari at the front desk was great, and helped us upgrade our room to the best available (at a higher price, which was fine). The BBQ night (Wednesdays) at the restaurant was awesome. I would highly recommend anyone staying on Tahiti to consider Te Moana. It has a good price to quality ratio. And the infinity pool is wonderful. You will not be disappointed."

We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

The food options are somewhat limited for a resort of this scale. But the food was excellent as was the service. Small nit - the landscape guys out making noise at 7 am. Otherwise a great stay. "

"This hotel is located right on the beach, but there is quite a rip current in the afternoon. Just be aware. The property is manicured, greenery everywhere. The pool is suitable for any age. Reception staff are super friendly (like most people in Polinesia), they kept our luggage till check-in and gave us pool towels. Restaurant has good options, their portions are quite big, we shared one. The room is great size and clean. The bed is comfortable."
